Setup Workspace: A workspace is a digital environment or a dedicated area where individuals or teams collaborate, organize, and manage their tasks, projects, and related information.
Config Button: Click to get into the configuration page of Workspace.
Workspace Name: Change the name of your workspace.
Workspace Time Zone: Change the time zone of your workspace, this will impact your calendar and project time zone.
Priorities: Add new priority tags here. Default priorities are “High”, “Medium”, and “Low”.
Tags: Add new tags here. These tags can be assigned to your tasks.

Members: This page let you manage members in your workspace.
Set Hourly Rate: Set member’s hourly rate. Wages will be used to estimate project cost.
Set Default Working Hours: Default working hours will be used to calculate workload.
Rename: Change the member’s name.

Roadmap & Goals: Shows your personal goals and the roadmap of your projects
Roadmap: Overview of the projects which you are involved, highlighting project timelines, major deliverables, and dependencies.
Goals: Set and track your objectives using a progress bar and due date, while also providing options to customize the goal name, add notes.

Home: Your personal board where you can see the details of your tasks and activities.
Profile Settings: Click the “Home” button to change your name and portrait.
To-do list: A compilation of tasks that need immediate attention.
Today’s Calendar: An overview of today’s events and tasks.
Logout: Click to log out of this account.

Tasks: A list of tasks that are assigned to you.
Time: Specify the desired time range to filter and view your tasks.
Sort: Utilize the sorting function to arrange tasks based on assignee, priority, project, or due date.
Mark the Task: Mark them complete or incomplete. Green means “Completed”, yellow means “Doing”, and red means “Overdue”.
Assign Tasks: Change the assignee for tasks.
Select Priority: Change the priority for tasks.
Select Project: Choose the project to which this task belongs.
Hide “Done” Tasks: Click to hide tasks that are completed.
Task Details: Open the task details page by clicking the task title.
New Task: Click to add new tasks. The instruction of adding tasks is in the next section.

Create Tasks: Create new tasks by ChatGPT or manually.
Enter the Task Title, and choose the Assignee. You can also use our Auto-Assign feature to ask ChatGPT who’s the best assignee based on historical data.
Modify the Start Time and Due Date for this task, ******or you can also make it an All Day event.
You can choose to make this task Recurring on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
Add New Time Entry on this task. The time entry will be saved in the task details, and used to calculate workload and generate reports.

Task Details: View all the task details on this page.
White for not started, Yellow for in progress, and Green for completed. When all subtasks are Green, the parent task is automatically marked as complete.

Kanban Board: Provides a overview of tasks, their statuses, and progress. You have the flexibility to drag tasks across different task statuses, modify task status names, and add new tasks.
Todo: Tasks that are yet to be started or are pending.
Doing: Tasks that are currently in progress.
Blocked: Tasks that cannot progress due to dependencies or obstacles.
Done: Tasks that have been completed successfully

Calendar: Displays scheduled events, deadlines, and task due dates in a date-based format. You can see the calendar in weekly view or monthly view.
Click any timeslots to create new tasks. The process is similar to “Manually Create Tasks”.
You can also drag tasks to different dates on the calendar.

Add a New Page: Click “+” button next to the tabs to add a new page, you can change this page’s name or delete this page.
“/” Commands: Quick access to insert varies types of features, texts, charts.
Favorites: Bookmark personal/team/project boards for quick access. You can add by clicking the “Star” button.
Create Teams/Projects/Workpages: Click “+” button to create, you can change the name and invite members who are in the workspace.
